      Non-profit means lower salaries and often understaffed. Due to strict budgeting, older and inefficient tech can make the work more difficult.

      Worked full time as a case manager and then was able to fill a spot in the hotline coverage. POV in my opinion has a great culture that I feel proud to be a part of.
