Amazing coworkers and team. So many perks to be working for Peaksware as a Customer Support representative for the brands TrainingPeask and TrainHeroic. Atmosphere is amazing and I always feel valued

Cons

No downsides at all. Perfect location, great hybrid model, most employees are athletes so always someone to workout with

- The people are amazing - Lot's of opportunity for L&D and growth within the organization - Employees are heard - Really cool products - Diversified/Stable/Privately held - Great office

- There have been some growing pains over the past two years as the organization continues to scale - Compensation isn't always the best
