Great company culture and support from co-founders. Pearhead feels more like a family than a company. Everyone on the team is looking out for each other, and the staff is very tight knit (but also welcoming). Founders foster an amazing sense of growth and free thinking. The company allows you to use your creativity in different ways. Management is open to new ideas.
