Pros
There is nothing good to say about the company besides some of the co-workers are really good people. Everything else is a con.
Cons
The management does not trust anyone (from managers to the CEOs). Even after you show that you can handle the job, they still do not trust your work. You will work 80 hours a week and might be off on the weekend, and when you need a couple of hours off to do something personal (dentist, doctor, etc) they will deduct 1/2 day of your vacation. The US office is a warehouse where the machines are assembled with no infrastructure for anything. You might even be asked to clean the restroom. If you do not believe the review, ask to visit the company before you accept an offer. You might change your mind.
