Huge compensation gaps internally that don’t align with market rate. 14 year SME’s receiving same equity packages as people with significantly less experience. Minimal vacation time, lack of benefits, low pay overall. Low equity packages.

The culture at the company is amazing! All the execs and managers really care about their team and make sure everyone is doing well. We also had flexible PTO, health insurance was mostly paid in full by the company.

There are very busy times of the year where you are expected to work overtime.
