Pros

- Startup culture and benefits of working from home for many employees. - Interesting dynamic, and you get to wear a lot of different hats.

Cons

Seem to over-hire and then have massive layoffs that hurt the moral immensely. There was a first layoff event around the time Covid started which was understandable but a lot of good people and management left which left the company as an empty shell with a lack of good leadership and no culture due to WFH nature. The latest layoff felt more disingenuous and insincere to many who put in the hard work.
