Pros
Nothing other than ok base salary, benefits, and good hours. Greed and ego came into place though which led to many broken lromises
Cons
Terrible structure, breach of contract by owner, terrible environment and poor communication skills. Stiffs you on fees. I advise you error the side of caution.
