Depending on the team you join, there are *some* lovely people!
Cons
- Poor salary
- No respect for employees.
- Unorganised mess.
- Poor leadership.
- No communication from top tier management.
- Any benefit or award scheme is used is a con. If you get to a point where you are in line for a benefit, a communication is passed from a director level letting you know that the scheme has been changed.
- No point trying to raise an complaint with HR, as they don’t want to communicate with company employees.
- No training.
- No career progression.
Those working at ground level a pleasure to work with but other than that there are no more pros.
Cons
Where do I begin;
From top to bottom it is a complete and unorganised mess as can be seen via the turnover of employees on a monthly basis.
Employees treated with disregard.
Lack of competent senior employees who I wouldn't trust to run me a bath let alone a company.
Lack of genuine progress within the company.
No beneifit or reward schemes in place.
Job roles changed without prior notification and employees expected to take on additional tasks without any benefits or acknowledgement in place.
Incompetent HR department who also fail to look after those within the company and do the bare minimum
