Pros

Loyal, Committed to Growth, Employee Retention, Good Benefits

Cons

Nothing bad to say, If you get hired, they do want you to stay and build a career there. May not be the best place if you're looking for a "stepping stone".

Pros

There are a lot of meetings to discuss safety and productivity growth. GTC building is air conditioned.

Cons

It depends on where you are working. But in the Research and Development Lab (GTC) It's like a cult that you can never be a part of, unless you are excepted by all. You can work so hard for them, but not too hard. There was a long time employee terminated for stealing. Everyone in that department thinks they are BFF with the owner, plus his nephew works in the department.
