1.Too much of structured organization leads to communicaton delay and gap among employees
2. Salary not at all competitive. Hikes are remarkable only for the HODs. Employees may get from 6% to 12%. 12 % is the maximum that people get rarely. No promotion for upto 3 to 4 years after joining.
3. Company mainly cares for higher or top management and the grade of employee.
4. Employee grade is more important than the designation.
5. Delayed decisions and no innovation compared to others in the market
6. Whatever HOD says that is correct though it is known later that the decision is blunder.
7. Every process technically or non technically is slow and very slow takes weeks to get it done.
8. HR has less powers whereas HOD deals with all the things that are related to the employees
