      Culture and work working in latest technologies industry leader

      Cons

      Not much documentation available to ramp up. Most of the work goes in vocal communication only. Some times it feels difficult to remember and track work.

      Pros

      Great potential, great momentum, outstanding leadership team, very good culture, cool technology, right amount of innovation (not too small such that we don't have a compelling story, not too big so that it becomes a moonshot)

      Cons

      sometimes it's hard to keep up with the ambitions of the management team and we end up taking up too much stuff
