Pros
There is no pros in this company. Dont waste your career for 2 or 3 months. Because either you will drop or he will pressure to relieve you.
Cons
1. No proper management. No structure 2. They get all your work and told you to relieve form company without paying salary for you 3. Owner is speak with you in a rubbish way 4. Pressuring you to work above 12 hours a day 5. No recognition even he dont care about your struggles you facing. He needs only output. 6. Not supporting environment. You cannot grow here.
