I like my job - Current Employee Pentecom Employee Review

I find the negative reviews about Pentecom perplexing. Having been with the company for several years, my experiences have been quite positive and do not align with the unsatisfactory comments others have posted. However, I acknowledge that Pentecom may not be the right fit for everyone. The company demands adaptability and a willingness to acknowledge one's limitations. If change is unsettling for you or if you believe there is nothing to learn from colleagues outside your department, then Pentecom might not be the best environment for you. Conversely, for those who thrive on adaptability, Pentecom offers a highly rewarding experience. While working at Pentecom has not been an endless stream of excitement, this is precisely what makes it appealing. Challenges foster learning and collaboration. The company provides an excellent benefits package and reciprocates the effort and dedication of its employees. Furthermore, I have never encountered any instances of negative remarks about others, either publicly or privately.

The usual challenges of working with others can be expected, as everyone has their own pet peeves. It's important not to take things personally or attempt to bring down those around you. Adaptability is essential.

Being remote and the flex work schedule

If I could give them 0 stars, I would. The CEO and all upper management have no faith in their people. They talk very poorly about their employees and everyone knows it. If they don't like you, they will make your time there miserable. There are a certain few that are the protected ones that are an HRs worst nightmare. They even had a meeting with the whole company where they spoke poorly about other companies they have worked with. To me that was very unprofessional. Working at Pentecom is detrimental on your mental health. I would rather run through a field of razor blades and then douse myself in rubbing alcohol before working there again.
