      - Some really good people - Some good managerial staff - OK premisses - Pay on time

      - Very close minded upper management - Salary on the low end of market - Poor Work / life balance - No remote option even though everything is done online

      Pros

      Great team environment and the work is easy once you get the ropes.

      Cons

      The salary is fairly low for the amount of service you provide and tools you have to use to be an effective agent. Very limited growth opportunities for remote workers.
