      - remote work - good salary - ICs are good people individually

      Cons

      - everyone has a different idea of what process is, and they rarely agree - management micromanages and there is inconsistent vision on what ICs should be working on long term vs short term - lack of two way communication with decision makers, expectations aren't set well, lack of guidance

      Wonderful place to work for. Great company culture and benefits. Very generous healthcare and low stress

      They haven’t really been open to hiring anyone outside of senior level positions for a while

      * Used to be able to work remotely * Coworkers are cool * Good work/life balance

      Cons

      Experience will entirely depend on which team you end up on. Some teams treat you like a person and you’ll be happy, other teams treat you like a number and you’ll be miserable.
