Good pay, flexibility, and some incentives

Horrible management. Unrealistic expectations. Pressure to sell and a bunch of hoops you have to jump through to get through the internal process to sell anything. Overly processed organization making it difficult to sell and meet numbers and client expectations. Everyone is so concerned about following the process and scared of getting reprimanded for not following the process. Creates a disconnected toxic environment where nobody wants to collab only point fingers. No room for mistakes even when you’re learning. They will eat you up and spit you out.
