Good as a stepping stone if you do not have experience to the field. The interviews were easy.
Cons
Micromanagement from the top. They do not care about your capabilities and the quality of the work. Instead, they just want something quick to be delivered such they can present it to the boss. Management knew at the first place your work will not be really taken into use later. It is just a temporary "homework" to the boss. Environment is toxic there which could be harmful to your health. There is no single window there without any sunlight, not to mention tables and chairs are not comfortable. The air conditioner is ridiculously cold that many people got sick often. Boss expects you to focus on the screen 100% of the time. If you go to toilet too often or just check your phone for a few minutes. Managers from other teams who spotted it will secretly report it to your manager as well. If you are talented, PLEASE DO NOT WORK HERE. The toxic culture will really brainwash you. The worst company I have ever worked.
