It has been a revolving door of sales leadership and focus. Multiple senior sales managers have quit over the last 18 months. The CEO who has no sales background, typically has not allowed highly qualified sales leaders to run their programs. Therefore no sales closed in 2017. CEO's expectations are not in line with the market, therefore the pattern of butting heads with senior sales leadership will continue.
Very "noisy" marketplace, difficult to stand out among real or perceived competition.
