      - Lots of days off - Coffee Machine - low stress - good for folks who are ready to retire in a few years

      Cons

      - obsolete technology, cannot bring skills to any other company - very low pay, every penny is pinched - impossible to advance, skills are irrelevant to any other workplace - raises are less than 2 percent
