I have no major complaints to report while working here. Management was reasonable and it was easy to reach people when I needed to. Their approach involved getting me started and offering regular checkins while otherwise remaining relatively hands-off, which suits my working style well.
Cons
Paperwork and HR to-dos were still being ironed out a bit, but nothing was excessively difficult.
