Horrible company to work for - IT Specialist Peraton Employee Review

Management doesn't have a clue on what they are doing. The Tiers/groups don't speak with each other on troubleshooting issues or looking into issues. Company cares about filling positions do to contract stipulations rather then to fill it with a knowledgeable person. Pulled incumbents over to contract after they won, didn't tell them that TSA / Peraton changed the position that some people had for 20+ years into an entry level position and had them reapply to the same job for 40 - 60% pay reduction. They fudge the scope of work in order to get people to even attempt to apply to jobs. Morally and ethically a horrible company.
