Outdated equipment/Low morale/Poor leadership - Motion Designer Perception Media Employee Review

The workplace atmosphere often felt tense, which made collaboration difficult at times. Leadership could have provided clearer direction and more consistent communication. I found management of many aspects of the business to be lacking, and during my time there it seemed to contribute to a high rate of employee turnover. Morale across the team was low and felt strange. I also found the equipment and resources available were outdated, which made it difficult to perform at full caliber.
