Pros

After worked for 18 months as Admin Assistant here is my Review - Abdul Rahman 1. Ontime - Salary & bonus 2. Free lunch and pantry 3. Very good people's team 4. Option to learn courses, paid by company 5. Quarterly award & dinner 6. Freedom to learn 7. Five working days in week 8. Independent working style 9. Office location is pretty good & silent (Gachibowli) 10. Helping and supporting nature of CEO

Cons

1. Need to deposit original education certificates 2. Service agreement is of 15 or 18 months 3. Service agreement is not fair (If an employee want to break agreement he or she need to pay remaining months gross salary of service agreement) but (Company can remove an employee anytime by giving two months notice or one month gross salary) 4. Some works are beyond capacity or profile, which is practically not possible to do but need to be done which affect negative on employee's morale Guys, practically nobody give you salary for just coming and sitting so be honest to yourself will working & stop blaming others

Pros

I have 3.5+ years of experience working with Perceptive, and it has been a strong learning journey for me. The company provides ample opportunities to work on different client projects across different industries, which helps in gaining hands-on experience and improving problem-solving skills. One of the key positives is the learning-driven environment. Team members are encouraged to explore new tools, technologies, and approaches, and there is flexibility to learn on the job. The company also promotes collaboration and knowledge sharing across teams, which helps in personal and professional development.

Cons

Overall, it has been a positive experience, and I appreciate the opportunities the company has given me to grow in my career.
