No pros, it looks like a serious, professional place at the beginning and it's part of the catch and scheme of this place. The designed office will fool you, but listen to your intuition.

The business masks itself as a professional business, but it is run by a stingy and unprofessional CEO that has nothing to do with SEO or the simple understanding of how the internet actually works. Projects are given a small tiny budgets and the workers are unprofessional when it comes to any deep knowledge of SEO, even though some presents themselves as such. The lure people with no experience selling them "learn a top niche side of SEO" but it's not the case, as the activity the do and offer is quite low in quality compared to what they charge their client. Furthermore, the management acts in childish unprofessional ways, and is highly stingy towards its workers when comes even to coffee, and any office "perks" Today they masked themselves as "Percepto" and changed their name as their VC left them as a business. I would recommend to stay away, and find a better place with better pay, as they are not great in paying what you deserve to make as well. It is a masked customer service job.
