Onboarding was a smooth experience. As a remote contract worker, I get amazing flexibility with my hours. Despite having a more independent role, I get to see what other teams in the company are working on in weekly meetings, which makes me feel more connected. Overall there is a great effort to bring everyone together despite all of us working remotely. Every person I have met is welcoming and enjoyable to talk to. When I show my work to my coworkers, they are always supportive! I love working here, and would recommend it to anyone comfortable with remote work.
