The reality is that the CEO constantly gossips about her team behind their backs. The CEO is stuck in her vision and if you try to offer something different, you’ll be treated with hostility and feel like you’re walking on eggshells. Expect to be overworked with no proper time in lieu. There’s no HR either so don’t expect any support.
