      Pros

      It's a cool idea and a smart one. The pay and benefits offered were more than fair, at least for me.

      Cons

      Can't trust the CEO and his management team. They'll tell you one thing, like "You're doing a great job" or "Your job's not in jeopardy" and then the next thing you know, "Sorry, we're going to have to let you go for "performance" reasons." You're not free to disagree or advocate for better solutions, at least not without painting a big target on your back. Their careers page is filled with platitudes and sometimes just outright lies.

      Skepticism is promoted, and people are challenged to think critically about projects they are working on.

      Cons

      The company is small, so you may need to wear multiple hats when necessary, but that is common with any startup.

      Pros

      Getting to work on an exciting consumer-facing product Working with others who are nice High expectations mean that you can rely on others Great compensation and benefits

      Cons

      As a bootstrapped startup we have to be vigilant about moving fast while growing the team at a responsible pace. There has been some turnover, but I truly believe we have solved that problem and are rebuilding the team with a solid foundation.
