People are nice - Work topics are interesting - There are opportunities to learn and grow inside the company (if you can last that long)
Cons
Extremely high turnover - No long term vision - Lack of professionalism - Not "human first" - No emphasis on work-life balance - Advertised flexibility was not matched once in the company - Managers don't seem to know how (or want) to manage people
