      Pros

      I interact with the leadership often and their openness to change and evolution is refreshing - especially since the company has been around since 2005. Really focused on growth but I like that there's a high bar for the people they hire and place in other companies. Pretty intense interview process.

      Cons

      None so far. Being so global and remote can be hard sometimes but it's been a great experience.

      HR team is kind and engage with all employees

      Cons

      Depending on which project you're assigned, you might have a good or bad experience. At the end you're hired for a project and if the project is closed somehow, you're out.
