No real benefits, more travel.

Not much oversight so everyone just does what they want. Some leads feel entitled to stopping at multiple gas stations in the morning so thats easy hours. The good employees are not only great to work with but they know what they're doing. They have time patience and respect. The good employees at PAV are the only plus side.

Working with Tweakers, Felons and Thieves. Management will pretend to care about you. Double standards. Absolutely no oversight and integrity. Lots of unnecessary drama and gossip from management and employees causing loyal workers to become disgruntled. keep your head down and dont become the black sheep.
