Management doesn't know what they are doing they change things constantly and don't tell you. Very disorganized. Employs have no background checks and some need drivers to get them to places because of their DUIs. Lack of communication. No employ handbook no orientation so good luck if you are following protocol and if you do they might change it on you and not tell you. The boss is a hot head and will call you idiot or dumb and not apologize when he is wrong, likes to scream.... They keep promising thing like 401k hasn't happen in 4 years. No quarterly or yearly reviews The only time you will get a raise is if you put in you 2 week. Make it work mentality and Just get it done, I don't care if its right finish so we can get payed. stay away find another company.
