      Friendly people, work independently, company car

      Cons

      heavy oversight despite the lure of little, little to zero training given before given full workload, left to deal with builders calling you 24 hours a day, lack of leadership and no communication. They have and will lie to NC Unemployment on why you are let go, despite what you are told.

      Pros

      Easy to learn job with great training and support. I determine my start time and route for projects. Plenty of room for advancement and growth. People care about the company and job. Solid benefits.

      Cons

      Low starting pay considering my experience in construction, however compensation for using my own vehicle makes up for it.
