Do not apply to work at TravelPerk unless you want to quit living a normal life. Shifts are horrendous and when you try to make a change you are never listened by the people in charge of them. Requesting holidays? Do not even dream of them if you there is people with higher seniority than yours. Work ethic is mad, lack of training, lack of empathy and support from your POCs. Forget about talking to your TLs or Managers since they will pretend they listen to you but nothing will ever change. You will not be promoted unless you join the right toxic circle of people. Do not even dream of a fair raise because it will not be possible. They will always find an excuse not to. The company' slogan is "7 star service" when they try to cajole companies for them to book through their platform but the service they give to their employees is a clear -7. A bunch of people is leaving every other month due to the toxic culture. People's team care about feeding you food and getting you beers instead of listening to the no so secret complaints. Salary is ridiculous, The salary's discrepancies between colleagues are massive. Advice? Not to apply to TravelPerk, everybody smiles at you in the corridors but they will talk bad behind you.
