Honestly, I started believing TK management only sees what they want to see. They do not listen to their employees' feedback, they simply don't. Is really tiring to keep complaining about the same things every time, over and over again. Is really disgusting the way how some TLs are only obsessed with "growing" in the company by flattering the management without even caring about their team. They only take care of their teams but hey, when they need a favor from another team, they will treat you as a prince/princess. Sometimes they treat adults like children, for ex. controlling if we use the phone during work. Really? Back to kindergarten. Salary? They are not interested in having employees well paid. Not even if you deserve it. You get trained to have new skills but your salary will remain the same forever. Or even worse, they give you 5% raise PER YEAR. If you want to grow and go to other departments, do not bother trying. They only promote people who are liked by management. About the hybrid work, I think it's ok but it should be more flexible.
