Vacation time is generous and there's no expectation to be reachable when you've taken time off. The atmosphere is collaborative, supportive and competitive in an way that is lighthearted and fun.
Leadership - Management is attentive, direct, and transparent. The company does a great job of communicating achievements, updates and opportunities company wide so that we are all aligned. The company's vision and goals are always clear. Transitioning from a startup to a growth stage company is hard but the leadership team has done a good job letting people know what to expect.
People - The employees are incredibly kind, helpful, knowledgeable, and hardworking people. There's great camaraderie and a true team-first mentality. People do not step on others to get ahead.
