      Pros

      A great company to work for with great fellow employees before being purchased by PCC. Advancement possibilities are available if you are willing to relocate. Decent salaries and bonuses.

      Cons

      Salaried employees work lots of overtime, which is required including late nights and weekends. There is little to no overtime for hourly employees. Benefits are poor with only 7 holidays per year.

      Pros

      Compensation was higher than most aerospace companies.

      Cons

      Work long hours, high turnover in leadership, high turnover rate in general, demanding revenue numbers from corporate. No sense of loyalty within leadership.
