Pros

Working at PermitFlow has been a great experience. The culture is strong, collaborative, and mission-driven. People genuinely care about solving a real problem in construction and helping customers move projects forward faster. The team is world-class. Smart, hardworking people who set a high bar, but are also supportive and willing to help each other. It feels like a place where strong performers can learn quickly and do meaningful work alongside talented teammates. Leadership cares about the team and works hard to create an environment where people can grow, have real impact, and build their careers. Feedback is taken seriously, and there is a genuine effort to listen and improve over time. There are also thoughtful perks that make day-to-day life better, including lunch and dinner in the office, which helps teams spend more time together and makes busy days easier. Overall, a great place for ambitious people who want to grow, contribute, and work on a mission that matters.

Cons

Fast-paced environment with high standards, which can be demanding, but creates strong learning opportunities and rapid career growth.

Pros

Company is filled with brilliant people who are passionate about our product, our clients, and our teammates. Re: the sales team specifically: - The team shows up motivated every day. Highly collaborative and willing to help one another. - Management pushes us hard, but also stresses the importance of bringing "fun" to our day-to-day. Creates a healthy balance for the team. - Lots of wins across the board keeps the team engaged and competitive (in a healthy way). - Team events (i.e. Sales Kick Off), and manager/employee relationships bring high levels of engagement, buy-in, and coaching moments.

Cons

Very high bar for performance. Feels like there is very little room for error or "forgiveness" at times. Like any start-up, processes are still being built in real time. Team is scaling fast so things change rapidly.
