      -Administration are superb. Wonderful people and are willing to help you out with absolutely anything. -Great and friendly staff -Kids are great compared to other school atmospheres. Everyone is close knit because of the size of the school

      -Lower pay compared to other schools -The budget for the school is very limited -school doesn't pay for your insurance- it gets taken out of your check
