Pros
There are a lot of intelligent and caring colleagues you get to work with. Although, things can get hectic at times, everyone seems to band together to get things done. As the company is growing, there are a lot of growing pains that come along with it. The growth and trajectory of the company is good. If you show you care and put in the time/effort, you will be rewarded and your efforts will be acknowledged by management.
Cons
Going from a startup type work environment to streamlining and building out processes causes a lot of confusion and makes things a little hectic at times. A lot of customers have direct lines to upper management and often times bypass their account teams/dedicated resources and this causes a fracture in the relationship with the customer and account team and may cause issues to exacerbate or an overreaction internally to what is really a small issue/complaint.
