Cons
From day 1 you are set up to fail. There is no formal onboarding process. You are thrown into the fire and expected to learn rapidly with 0 guidance. There is no structure in place for any process in the company, despite being a software company - anything and everything is super informal, and god forbid you mess up because you will be yelled at and treated like you're 8 years old. The CEO is a hypocrite and refuses to accept any new ideas or explain his thought process behind anything. If he doesn't like it then he doesn't like it and will refuse to tell you why, in fact yelling at you for even suggesting things. The interns and workers are simply treated as a number, and someone for the president to yell at. There is a reason this place has extremely high turnover rate.
