Pros

The pay was good, the owner was willing to throw money at any problem. Paid overtime. The owner spends a lot of money on the latest technology, like new printers and computer hardware.

Cons

During any kind of holiday season or rush, you are expected to be there 60 hours bare minimum. The real committed people would put in far more than that. If you didn't want to come in on Sunday, comments threatening your job security would be made. Holiday rushes last for more than a month depending on the holiday. Work begins at 6:30 am. On two occasions, I was very sick and the management wouldn't let me leave. No matter what your job position is, everyone is expected to do warehouse tasks as well, such as packaging items to be shipped. So if you're done with your work it's warehouse time. A large portion of this company is made up of family members. There is a lot of special treatment and family in-fighting. The owner called a family member "a cancer that needed to be removed from the company" in front of his whole staff, including the person's mother.

Pros

I enjoy the people I work with. They are very engaging and cooperative.

Cons

We work longer hours around big holidays but that is the nature of the business.

Pros

Peers are pleasant to work with.

Cons

Severely underpaid for the area. Will promise growth and raises to make you feel hope then never follow through. They keep incompetent people in management because "they've always been here". Male management is dismissive of women's opinions and will cut them off or talk down to them about what to do with their positions. Leadership does not inform team of big changes coming up. Will ignore questions from employees if its something they don't want to answer. 4 days in the office(no windows white hospital lighting) is hardly hybrid yet they try to make that a selling point.
