Poor salaries no training - Trainee Paraplanner Perspective Financial Group Employee Review

Job was trainee paraplanner, all I did was admin work. Very low salary. No training or regular 121s to help me progress. Feared making errors as the MD was not supportive. Eventually left for a proper trainer paraplanner role elsewhere.
