      The people who work in the homes are amazing both to residents and their peers. Outstanding training opportunities.

      Cons

      Office barely communicates with the homes. It is a very insular culture that encourages revolving doors for their DSPs.

      I had learned alot through this job, very informative informations. Itcan be overwelming with these informations.

      Alot of hours, wasnt sure if it was worth it to stay longer though.
