Lack of strategies. An illusion is being built up that the company has formidable strategies, unfortunately it all is only on a piece of paper. There are more paper workers than actual executioners. Leadership is weak mostly driven by keeping their respective bosses happy. What a pity! Distrust has now gone into DNA of the people, difficult to remove no matter how many surveys you conduct. Identify the black sheeps and let them go. A few black sheeps cause the distrust driven by loose gossips. Let there be more influx of new blood from industry who know the subjects, old people here are under high illusion / hangover of knowing everything. Customer / Product / Market knowledge is minimal as the organizational objective is very internal focused.
