- Underpaid (You will be offered below market salary; and hikes are never on time and way below market standard) - Made to work on weekends and you are expected to work every weekend ( I have even heard directors say that employees have to work on weekends, we are paying them for this work) - Unprofessional work environment (You will hear senior management hurling abuses at employees whom they consider as their servants. You will feel as if you are working in a local kiryana store where you get scolded for everything and hardly appreciated for anything) - Micromanagement (You will be shouted at if you do not pick the senior management's call that to on weekend) My two cents " If you want to work at lower wages and without any self-respect, then you may work here".
