      Pros

      Very fun to work for. Challenging projects make you use your knowledge of the field and makes the end results very rewarding!

      Cons

      Not many downsides. Esop can be a little confusing, but is a great benefit once you figure out what it means.

      Pros

      At least the higher ups were able to cash out their retirement to put in their ESOP funds before selling. Disappointed and glad Perteet's name will be no more. Reporting to the SEC unless you want to come clean to your employees.
