      Very busy at times. The city of Everett and Seattle have gone down hill.

      Pros

      At least the higher ups were able to cash out their retirement to put in their ESOP funds before selling. Disappointed and glad Perteet's name will be no more. Reporting to the SEC unless you want to come clean to your employees.
