Pros

Office is in the town. You get to see lots of free office drama, throwing blames, politics, and unfair termination for staffs.

Cons

HR and management people are toxic and bully. HR is like a wolf dresses in sheep clothes so be careful when and where you speak, they are there to manage risk, the moment you complain and speak out and not agreed, you become the target and soon be out of the game. HR is every to listen to what you said and will manage the risk. Staffs are too afraid to speak and office is quiet. Company is in survival mode financially but acts like they are cash rich. No standard SOP, most of the things are done based on what your superior prefers and things are messy. The people rated 5 stars here are the director and managers who have been there for years, good friend, and they are among the office politicians. After so long of working there, now only rate, What did it tell? Probably desperate to save the poor rating here. Try not to join this company unless you are really desperate in need of a job.

Pros

Pestbusters has provided me with not only a satisfying career but strong opportunities for progression, inclusivity, and adaptability—evident when the company pivoted to disinfection services during COVID to ensure survival. Management showed genuine care (support, relief and encouragement) during illness and injury, and the company invested in staff development through regional assignments (Malaysia, Australia, Philippines). After 26 years, the experience has molded me to be more resilient albeit creative, out‑of‑the‑box thinker.

Cons

Financial structure can be improved As They Say You Pay Peanuts You get Monkeys
