No micro managing. Great pay. Benefits. Work hours.

I cannot think of any at all.

I am a new hire 90 days out. I am so impressed by this company. It starts off they provide a training manual that explains the history and materials of granite and much more. There is 15 chapters of solid good information. They give you time to read and complete small quiz's as they want you to understand and that makes it easier to do your job. I traveled to other locations to see how they operate. I was able to go thru making a monument thru the production plant which is so fun and interesting. When you go to your location you are not alone. Everyone that works here wants to share there knowledge and they work like family. They have manuals that you can reference for all stages of your transactions. You know how to run a business with all the knowledge and manuals. Plus the management staff is one call away. I am so grateful to have found this new career and I will not be leaving, The owners communicate how were doing, they share with you what is happening and they care to hear about you.

It is tough to see a family lose a loved one. But weare here to help them tell their story with a beautiful granite monument.
