Management definitely has favorites, If there is ever a customer service issue at hand, none of the leaders help, they always say 'send them to my voicemail.' Then we get calls back from unhappy clients that nothing has been resolved. Always technical issues so when the system goes down you cannot make sales. Shift bid definitely leans towards the top sales reps and gives no one else a chance to work any other hours other than the closing shift. Top sales reps do not even follow proper protocols or legal disclosures properly and leave customers very unhappy, hence the bad reviews on the internet, HR only cares about the company and not about the well being of the employees. They say they are always approachable and that it's a 'Pethealth family', but it is truly not.
